Kristin Langdon Arcuri

Kristin Arcuri, a partner, has received specialized training in Divorce Mediation and Collaborative Law and focuses her practice primarily in the area of Matrimonial and Family Law matters.  Ms. Arcuri handles all aspects of divorce and post-divorce proceedings, as well as child custody, support and visitation matters.

A founding member of the Western New York Collaborative Law Professionals Ltd., Ms. Arcuri is presently serving as this organization’s Vice President.  While Ms. Arcuri continues to expand her Collaborative Family Law Practice, she also offers her clients the ability to mediate their disputes, and when that is not possible, she is an experienced trial lawyer and can offer her clients the option of proceeding with traditional litigation.

Ms. Arcuri often serves as an attorney for children by appointment of the Court.  She was the 2006 recipient of the Michael F.
